Pea Wet
Quite simply, pea wet is the juice from marrowfat or mushy peas. It can be poured (Perhaps in the twenty-first century I should say drizzled!) over chips.
Known as Pea-wack in Liverpool, where this is also the nick-name of anyone called Peter.
