Pea Wet
Quite simply, pea wet is the juice from marrowfat or mushy peas. It can be poured (Perhaps in the twenty-first century I should say drizzled!) over chips.
Sometimes known as pea-wack in Liverpool, although that term is more correctly applied to pea soup.
